$559.00 historical equipment-price observation

Archived price evidence: Lowe's published USD 559.00 for exact model WHES44 when the live product page was re-read on 16 September 2026. Lowe's showed "Actual price was $619.00 | You save $60.00 (9%)" and a 5% MyLowe's Rewards card price of USD 531.05, so the previously recorded $619.00 is now the prior price, not the current price. This is an observed retailer list price only; installation, plumbing, permits, freight, taxes and service are excluded, and Lowe's states that prices and availability may vary by store. The observation expires 16 October 2026 and is not a guarantee of price.

Observed Sep 16, 2026 · pricing verification expires Oct 16, 2026 · equipment price only, not an installed total. This is a historical source observation, not a current offer. After the verification expiry date, a new seller check is required.

Serviceability and local boundary

Regional exact-model evidence

Exact-model serviceability has been verified at Level 3 through manufacturer support channels (Whirlpool Water Solutions / Water Channel Partners: 1-866-986-3223, owner-center product manuals, warranty registration/extension program); Houston exact-model serviceability has not yet been verified. No Houston installer claim is made.

Houston relevance is limited to address- and PWS-scoped water-quality evaluation (2025 City of Houston Water Quality Report hardness data). It is not a household need, fit, sizing, contaminant-specific suitability, availability, serviceability, or provider-match conclusion.

Current stock is not established by this research snapshot. Confirm availability directly with the seller. The source note below is historical; its verification expiry does not refresh automatically.

Availability evidence note: Level 4 current exact-model availability is not verified as a durable claim. The live Lowe's product page was read on 16 September 2026 and showed WHES44 orderable online (pickup and shipping offered), but Lowe's is edge-protected and can return an access-denied response, so current stock, orderability, delivery timing, installation scheduling and Houston service are not verified and are quote/verify-required. This observation is not a guarantee of current availability.
